Marvel‘s Agent Carter one-shot technically won’t be released until Iron Man 3 hits Blu-ray and DVD on September 24th, but the short film has been leaked online. Fans now have an unexpected opportunity to get a look at the adventures of Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter: A female S.H.I.E.L.D. operative in a “man’s world”, struggling to gain the respect of her organization.
Atwell’s Carter kicks serious ass in this period short set immediately after the events of Captain America: The First Avenger. The piece ends with a great cameo, and answers a few nagging questions regarding the origins of S.H.I.E.L.D.
